Edwin Tang initially began his career in telecom as a teenager installing telephony systems. From those early beginnings, he later founded EmFusion and has developed a thriving support business that combines world-class technology with the simplicity of on-site service availability. Our systems are robust and self-healing, but if a restart doesn’t fix an issue, we’ve found that on-site diagnostics often resolve problems more quickly than our drive to the customer.
